How long does this promotion run for and when do I need to enter by?

  • The promotion runs from 22nd December 2025 to 30th April 2026.
  • Entries can be validated up until 11:59pm AEST on 30th April 2026.
  • Eligible products must be purchased within the purchase period, which is 22nd December 2025 to 11:59pm AEDT on 22nd February 2026.

How do I enter the promotion?

  1. Purchase any eligible Haier product during the purchase period.
  2. Visit the promotion website and complete the entry form.
  3. Upload your proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice).
  4. Play the tennis game for your chance to win the Grand Prize – a $10,000 Haier Appliance Package (RRP).

How does the tennis game work?

Once you’ve submitted your entry and your purchase is verified, you’ll be sent login details to then be able to play an interactive tennis game directly on the website, where further instructions will be provided.

Your performance in the game determines your entry outcome for the Grand Prize draw.
Don’t worry – the game is quick, fun, and simple to play, and every valid entry gets a fair chance to win.

What can I win?

  • Grand Prize: One (1) x $10,000 Haier Appliance Package (RRP)
  • Second Chance Draw: Six (6) x $500 Visa Gift Cards (3 drawn in February 2026 and 3 drawn in May 2026)

How do I enter the Second Chance Draw?

After playing the tennis game, you’ll have the option to leave a review of your Haier product.
Submitting a valid review automatically gives you an entry into the Second Chance Draw for the $500 Visa Gift Cards.

Can I enter both draws?

Yes. Every valid entry allows you to:

  • Play the tennis game for the Grand Prize, and
  • Submit a review for the Second Chance Draw.

How will I know if I’ve won?

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided in their entry form.
Winning names may also be published on the promotion website once verified.

I haven’t received any confirmation emails – what should I do?

Please check your junk or spam folders.
If you still can’t find any emails, contact our support team via the Contact Us form on the promotion website.

How many times can I enter?

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry into the Skill Component permitted per Haier product purchased; (b) only one (1) entry into the Second Chance Draws Component per Haier product reviewed; (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; (d) a maximum of two (2) entries into the Skill Component is permitted per person; and (e) a maximum of two (2) entries into the Second Chance Draws Component is permitted per person. For the avoidance of doubt, if a person purchases two (2) Haier products in a single transaction, they must submit two (2) separate entry submissions and submit two (2) separate reviews to receive their entries into the relevant Component, and after this, no further entries into either Component will be permitted, regardless of the number of Haier products that have been purchased in excess of two (2).

Where can I find my product’s serial number?

The serial number is usually a combination of letters and numbers found on the appliance rating label. 
For most Haier products, this is located inside the door frame, on the side, or the back of the appliance.

When will the prize draws take place?

Grand Prize

  • Grand Prize winner will be the entrant with the highest score in the tennis skill game at the end of the promotional period.
  • In the event that two or more entrants are tied for the same top score in the Game, all tied entrants will be entered into a draw. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s address at 11am AEST on 04/05/26.  The first valid entry drawn from the tied entrants will receive the prize package.

 

Second Chance Draw

  • Draw #1: 24/02/26 11:00am AEDT (entries close 22/02/26 11:59pm AEDT)
  • Draw #2: 04/05/26 11:00am AEST (entries close 30/04/26 11:59pm AEST)

 

All draws will be overseen and validated by the promotional agency.
